Week ending February 3rd – Hondros installed approximately 75% of the new storm sewer system. Wet conditions continued to slow down drying of the building pad preventing re-grading and compaction of the pad.
Week beginning February 10th – Weather permitting, Hondros will continue installation of the new stormwater structures and associated piping. Hondros will also continue to use different drying methods to enable the required compaction of the building pad to be achieved
Please remember that although the construction site is fenced off and secure, the Southside parking lot is an active construction site and is off limits. Site visits can be scheduled but must be arranged with Hondros (hard hats, safety vests and proper footwear will be required).
