In our Lenten midweek services, our life in Christ will be strengthened as we hear the witness of those in John’s Gospel who journeyed to the cross. Along the way, we’ll meet sinners and broken people like us, such as Barabbas and Pontius Pilate, Peter (who denied Jesus three times), Mary Magdalene (who was possessed by seven demons), and Judas Iscariot (who betrayed Jesus for thirty pieces of silver). Each of them is a part of the story of God’s redemption for the world. On the final Wednesday evening of Lent (April 6th), Dr. Sam Nadler from Word of Messiah Ministries will join us to remind us how every element of the Passover feast points to Jesus as the Christ.
