Hondros and the design team are working closely with Mecklenburg County to resolve remaining review comments towards issuance of our building permit.
We will be having our first construction phase project meeting with Hondros on Tuesday, January 7th onsite. At the meeting we will define expectations, clarify roles and discuss schedules and budgets.
Actual construction is scheduled to start on January 13th based on the availability of Hondros grading subcontractor although some mobilization activity may occur in the south side parking lot during the week of January 6th.
Consequently, beginning January 6th, the South parking lot will be closed. Parking for all ministries will be in the North side parking lot and entry to the church will be through the north side Narthex doors.
The South Side Courtyard door will not be accessible.
