Week ending January 31st – Continued wet conditions prevented most construction activities including efforts to accelerate drying the of building pad soil and installation of the new stormwater system.
Week beginning February 3rd – Weather permitting, Hondros will complete the drying, grading and compaction of the building pad and begin installation of the new stormwater structure and associated piping.
Please remember that although the construction site is fenced off and secure, the Southside parking lot is an active construction site and is off limits. Site visits can be scheduled but must be arranged with Hondros (hard hats, safety vests and proper footwear will be required).
